Hugo Improvement Partnership (H.I.P.) is a 501(c)(3) public charity in Hugo, Colorado.Community improvement, capacity building, and business promotion — organizing events and supporting local projects that strengthen Hugo, Colorado.

Materials describe nearly half a century of community improvement work — protecting local heritage, organizing celebrations, and supporting residents and businesses on the eastern plains.
